We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee on eligible hosting plans within 14 days of initial purchase.
Eligibility Conditions:
- Applies only to first-time hosting purchases
- Applies to Shared Hosting and WordPress Hosting plans
- Request must be submitted within 14 days of activation
- Account must not violate our Terms & Conditions
If approved, the refund will cover the hosting plan fee only.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers
- VPS Hosting plans
- Dedicated IP addresses
- Add-ons and upgrades
- Setup fees
- SSL certificates
- Custom services
- Accounts suspended due to policy violations
3. Renewal Payments
- Renewals are non-refundable once processed.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel services before the renewal date.
- Failure to cancel before renewal will result in automatic billing (if applicable).
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your hosting service at any time through your client portal or by contacting support.
Important Notes:
- Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund.
- Cancelling your service does not cancel your domain unless separately requested.
- All website data may be permanently deleted after cancellation.
We recommend downloading backups before cancelling your service.
5. Suspended or Terminated Accounts
If your account is suspended due to:
- Violation of our Terms
- Abuse or illegal activity
- Failure to complete business verification
- Fraudulent transactions
You will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without contacting us first:
- Your account may be immediately suspended.
- All services may be terminated.
- Additional administrative fees may apply.
